Equipment listings
Listings are drawn from a live inventory feed and are subject to prior sale. Hours, specifications, photos and pricing are believed accurate but are provided without warranty. Buyers are encouraged to inspect equipment or arrange a third-party inspection before purchase.
Sales terms
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, used equipment is sold as-is, where-is with no express or implied warranty. Any warranty remaining from a manufacturer or third party passes through only to the extent it is transferable.
Financing referrals
Cactus Equipment and Leasing does not provide financing. Financing referrals are made to independent third-party lenders whose terms, approvals and agreements are solely between you and the lender.
